Bought this charger to replace the one for my x2 (the original quit working after a couple of years) the new one works great, it’s really the only backfire product that I’ve ever replaced, it was well used, and I’m happy to buy a new one

Glad I got it in quick and even more glad it works for my g3. 2nd year with that board and still runs perfectly fine. Good product��� make sure to let customers know NOT to accidentally hold the throttle and turn on the board it activates an e break and the board will dead stop if active while riding. Just letting you know.

Once you realize how long it takes to charge for however much battery your board has then it’s easier to calculate charging times between rides. Very sturdy though, I take it on most of my rides to increase distance when taking trips to multiple destinations.

My old charger (left) died, wouldn't shine it's green light when plugged in to the wall, lit up green when plugged in to the board but didn't charge (turns red while charging).
The new charger (right) works just as well as the old one, has a new look on the back with text and instructions more clearly visible.
Don't know if they changed anything inside, same output. It's the US version and I live in Sweden, changing from the US plug to EU/Sweden was no problems, uses a pretty standard connection, same as my tv.
Hopefully this one lasts longer than a year.

This charger is miles better than the older charger that came with the stock g2s. It allows for a much faster charge time and is a must buy especially for anyone with the Samsung 30q battery.

The 2.5 amp charger, in my opinion is a must have for any board from backfire. In use with my G2S it's a godsend for group rides or when I want to get back on the street. Shipping took 2 days until delivered. The board charges from empty to full in roughly 2-2.5 hours which is drastic improvement. Definitely recommend.
