Lost my remote about 3 months ago. I finally gave up looking for it and ordered a new one. Shipping was super fast. The instructions to connect the remote to board did not work but found a YouTube video on how to do it.

Very ergonomic remote. Having only three buttons makes it intuitive to use. Turning on the board with the remote is a nice feature to have too, One of the better remotes on the market.

Ordered as a replacement because my old remote quite literally got stolen during a robbery. Ordered with priority and got it super fast. I also fell on the remote right after receiving it, and the spring popped out. Support got back to me in less than a few hours and gave me instructions on how to fix it. Definitely recommend.

I got this board back in September of 2021. It is a monster and I use it practically everyday. Just don't drop it down horizontally otherwise the battery will break, but the 180 day warranty does come in very handy.

The remote is great, responsive, and makes me feel confident when riding fast. However, about two years after purchasing, it no longer charges at all.

Easy to grip and hold in whichever hand you prefer. I used to have a Walmart bike mirror on mine so that I could look behind me, while riding, without actually turning my head. Very comfortable feeling, and easily able to adapt to the sensitivity of the throttle.

Crappy battery life - it came with my G3 - never held a charge longer than 20 minutes - since i got it brand new with board - I like the G3 board - but because of this remote not holding a charge - my whole experience is ruined.

Easy to connect, even easier to fix. I took a spill which disconnected the spring internally connected to the throttle. Thought I was going to have to buy a whole new remote but was able to fix it in just a couple minutes, and I haven't had a problem since. Great feel and so comfortable you forget you're holding it. I also managed to creatively attach a bike mirror onto it, so I no longer need to turn my head to look behind me when I'm riding on the roads evading traffic.

Soo I wish I wouldn't have gotten the remote.when it got here I went to turn my board on and yup ...nope .it doesn't turn on unless it's hooked up to the charger the battery says it's full but as soon as I disconnect the charger it turns off it worked when I last used it Soo dumb

The remote does not enter sports mode
I doble click the S/E button and does not do anything
Was told by tech to go to the app to remove speed lock but the app does not work just keeps saying system error
They just keep telling me to pair it again and that does not work

Bought this as an extra because I’ve taken a few bails. Off road these remotes can take a beating, thought I should have extra. They work awesome and are easy to use. 4 stars cause I wish they were better protected (like a case or non point lasting body) and they are super expensive on top of an already super expensive set up (x3). All awesome stuff though, can’t imagine not having this set up in my life.

The R3 remote is superb ergonomic fits great in your hand, I love the rolling wheel for throttle the buttons are easily accessible and with the zealot S you can access standby mode to turn the board and remote on or off

Throttle is fantastic and smooth. I love the easy access buttons and I love having a switch to control direction of the board. I just wish there was a rubber plug to keep water out of the controller

Needed a replacement after my last one kissed the pavement. It paired with my board in about 10 seconds and even remembered the mileage. It works great!

Ditto on the left hand remote! That would come in handy... Also, I do not see on any of the manuals how to change the odometer from miles to KM. Figured you guys could just post it somewhere in case anyone else is having the same problem. Remote works great!!

Feels great in my hand and doesn't feel unatural to hold for long periods of time but I am wondering if y'all are ever gonna make a left handed controller so when I hold it in my left hand I can still see the speed and everything
